At Soul Collective, therapy is a space where you can bring your whole self—your struggles, strengths, and everything in between. Together, we’ll explore the layers of your experiences, navigate life’s challenges, and work toward meaningful change.

With a warm, human-centered approach, I integrate evidence-based modalities like Jungian psychology, somatic experiencing, and Internal Family Systems (IFS). My goal is to create a safe and inclusive environment where you feel supported and empowered to deepen your self-awareness, regulate emotions, and foster growth.

Whether you’re seeking clarity, healing, or a stronger connection to yourself, our sessions are designed to meet you where you are and help you move toward where you want to be.

I help clients who feel anxious, burnt out, or overwhelmed reconnect with themselves and their bodies—gently, at their pace. My approach is grounded in science and shaped by real experience, with a strong focus on nervous system regulation and somatic therapy.

Before becoming a therapist, I guided wilderness trips in New Zealand and the Pacific Northwest. That time outdoors—and my own healing journey—taught me how much we need rhythm, presence, and safety to heal. I bring that insight into every session.

I offer individual and couples therapy (in-person in Vancouver and virtually across BC). My practice supports adults navigating trauma, burnout, anxiety, and deep emotional processing, especially those who’ve felt like traditional therapy hasn’t quite landed.

This isn’t quick-fix therapy. It’s nervous system care. The space we work in is sensory-informed—low lighting, natural textures, greenery, and warmth—all designed to help you settle.
